November Virtual Meeting

Now is your chance to weigh in on the vision, mission and priorities of Franklin County! Your input is critical to our strategic planning process which will define our future and set goals to help us get there. Join us Nov. 13 at 7:00 PM or Nov. 14 at 7:00 PM and help shape the future of Franklin County!

We’ve created a new Vision Statement to outline our future goals:

“Franklin County is a vibrant community that fosters collaboration and opportunity. Respecting our heritage, we promote our authentic natural environment while sustainably managing our resources today and tomorrow.”

A clear Mission Statement helps us focus resources and guide decisions. We’ve recently updated our Mission Statement to:

“We are committed to providing quality public service in an open and collaborative manner that is fiscally responsible, efficient, and adaptive to the needs of the Franklin County community.”

Now we seek your feedback to make sure we’re heading in the right direction. Join us for a discussion about our mission, vision and priorities on Nov. 13 at 7:00 PM or Nov. 14 at 7:00 PM.

When we set priorities as a community, it gives us an opportunity to focus our work on what’s meaningful to you, our residents. Franklin County’s four Strategic Priority Areas are:

  • Emerging Issues and Outreach
  • Promoting Community Vitality
  • Enhancing Environmental Sustainability
  • Fostering Sound Government

These are four strategic priorities Franklin County has identified to help us achieve our mission and vision. Learn more about these priorities, our ongoing strategic planning process, and provide feedback on the Mission and Vision at one of our upcoming virtual events on Nov. 13 at 7:00 PM or Nov 14 at 7:00 PM:

Sharing is caring, right?
